MediPay Promotion Terms and Conditions
1. PROMOTER
This promotion is offered by MediPay Holdings Pty Ltd (ACN 604 221 276),
Australian Credit Licence 474336,
Located at 264 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000 (“MediPay”).
2. PROMOTION PERIOD
The “Pay Less with MediPay” promotion commences:
Start Date: 24 June 2026 End Date: 16 September 2026
The promotion will run for 12 consecutive weeks. Applications submitted or treatments completed outside this period are not eligible for the promotion.
3. OFFER
Eligible patients may receive 10% off their dental treatment cost, capped at $500, when they pay for their treatment using an approved MediPay loan.
The discount is applied to the patient’s treatment plan by the participating dental practice.
4. HOW THE PROMOTION WORKS
- The patient books a consultation with a participating dental practice.
- The patient applies for financing with MediPay.
- If approved, the patient pays for their dental treatment using a MediPay loan.
- The participating dental practice applies the 10% discount (up to $500) to the patient’s treatment cost.
- MediPay pays the practice an amount equal to the discount provided.
This means the practice receives the full treatment fee, with MediPay reimbursing the discount component directly to the practice.
5. ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for the promotion:
- The patient must apply for and be approved for a MediPay loan.
- The loan must be used to pay for dental treatment at a participating practice.
- The loan must be settled during the promotion period.
- The discount applies once per treatment plan funded through MediPay.
- The promotion is available only to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.
MediPay reserves the right to determine eligibility in its sole discretion.
6. CREDIT APPROVAL
All finance applications are subject to MediPay’s credit assessment and responsible lending obligations.
MediPay must not provide credit if the contract would be unsuitable for the borrower based on their financial circumstances.

7. LOAN TERMS
MediPay loans are available for approved medical, dental, cosmetic and veterinary procedures and range from $2,000 to $55,000, depending on eligibility and credit assessment.
Actual repayment amounts, loan terms, fees and interest rates will depend on the applicant’s individual circumstances and credit assessment.
Any repayment examples shown in promotional materials are illustrative only.
8. PARTICIPATING PRACTICES
This promotion is available at Gold Coast Dentures by Design practice as determined by MediPay.
Patients must confirm with their dental practice that they are participating in the Pay Less with MediPay promotion.
9. PRIVACY
MediPay collects and handles personal and credit-related information in accordance with its Privacy and Credit Reporting Policy (August 2024) and applicable Australian privacy laws.

This includes collecting information necessary to assess credit applications, verify identity, administer loans and comply with regulatory obligations.
MediPay may exchange credit-related information with credit reporting bodies such as Equifax, illion or Experian as part of assessing credit applications. We may also share your personal information with a related party of MediPay and organisations that assist in the management and administration of loans and loan applications, including advising our approved provider on the status of your application.
10. GENERAL
- This promotion cannot be combined with any other MediPay promotion or discount unless otherwise stated.
- The promotion is not redeemable for cash.
- MediPay reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion if required for legal, regulatory or operational reasons.
- Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
11. GOVENING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
