Bella is the welcoming face of the clinic and the first point of contact for many patients beginning their denture journey. As a Receptionist, Bella is passionate about creating a warm and supportive environment where every person feels comfortable, informed, and cared for from their first enquiry through to their ongoing denture care.
Whether answering questions about denture treatments, scheduling appointments, or assisting with day-to-day enquiries, Bella is always happy to help. Her friendly approach and commitment to clear communication ensure every visit is as smooth and stress-free as possible.
In 2022, Bella graduated at the top of her class from Griffith University with a Bachelor of Dental Technology and Prosthetics. During her studies, she completed a student exchange program in Oslo, Norway. Shortly after arriving, the COVID-19 pandemic brought international travel to a standstill, meaning Bella unexpectedly remained overseas for almost two years. This experience allowed her to immerse herself in a new culture, develop resilience and adaptability, and gain a broader perspective that she continues to bring to her professional life.
Bella’s background in dental technology and prosthetics has provided her with valuable knowledge of denture design, dental materials, and prosthetic treatment processes. This allows her to confidently assist patients with general denture enquiries, explain treatment steps, and provide helpful information alongside the clinical team.
Understanding that choosing dentures or beginning denture treatment can feel overwhelming, especially for first-time denture patients, Bella believes that kindness, patience, and clear communication make a meaningful difference. She is dedicated to helping every person feel reassured and supported throughout their denture experience.
Outside the clinic, Bella enjoys spending time with family and friends, listening to music, attending concerts and festivals, trying new foods, playing board games, and relaxing with a romantasy novel or a drama-filled reality TV show. She looks forward to welcoming every patient and helping to create a positive and comfortable denture-care experience.
